Job Title Search Tools – Transparent Utah
Welcome to the Advanced Job Title Search sub-menu.
The Job Title Tools tile leads to a sub-menu of tools to help with searches by Job Titles. It is important to note that Job Titles are not standardized across executive branch offices, nor are they standard across local government entities.
The rules for the Job Title search functions are similar for the name searches. The Title field will perform partial matches on last and first names. Remember that “Tom” and “Thomas” are not the same name and the employee search is performed on the legal name of the government employee. Also note that searching for “Doug” as a last name will return multiple last names including “Doug”, “Dougall”, “McDougall” and “MacDougall”. You can then use the list to refine your search.
